1. What this policy covers

Xmadar is operated by MASSMAAS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under number 08904514. Registered office: 31A Bravington Road, London, England, W9 3AB. Contact: [email protected]. Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can retain settings or identifiers. This policy covers such technologies on xmadar.com and explains the choices offered by Xmadar. Personal data associated with them is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

2. Necessary functions

Necessary technologies support requested functions such as authentication, session continuity, security, and saving your selected language, currency, display or consent preferences where needed for that function. The current preference panel labels this category “Necessary” and does not allow it to be switched off there. Browser blocking remains possible but may prevent login or disrupt the selected service. A technology is not exempt merely because we call it necessary; the applicable legal conditions must be satisfied.

3. Analytics

The panel describes analytics as counting page and article views to understand useful content. Where optional analytics storage or access requires consent, it should operate only after that choice is given. You can reject optional analytics without losing core account or purchased-service access. This category does not authorise unrelated uses of your data.

4. Marketing and embedded services

The panel describes marketing as identifying a referring partner and enabling external embedded tools. These features may involve external providers and identifiers when used. Optional marketing or embedded tracking requiring consent must remain subject to your choice. An external service you deliberately open may have its own privacy notice and controls. Declining optional features may prevent that feature from loading, while core services remain available.

5. Giving and changing your choice

Use “Cookie settings” in the website footer to reopen the panel. “Accept all” permits all offered categories; “Reject optional” declines optional categories; “Preferences” lets you review them and “Save choices” records the selection. You can revisit settings and withdraw optional consent. Continuing to browse, creating an account or accepting general terms is not consent to optional tracking. Consent withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

6. Duration and provider information

Session storage normally ends with the session; persistent storage remains until expiry, replacement or deletion. Actual names, providers and lifetimes depend on the active features and service configuration. This policy does not present an unverified fixed cookie inventory. Contact [email protected] for the current names, purposes, providers, durations and any international-transfer information relevant to a feature before enabling it if you need further detail. We must keep that information accurate as technologies change.

7. Browser and third-party controls

Your browser can block or delete cookies and site data; consult its privacy settings. Deleting site data may reset stored consent and sign you out. Settings are normally specific to a browser and device, so repeat choices on other devices. Blocking a domain or opening an external site may require separate controls.

8. Privacy, contact and updates

Where personal data is involved, the Privacy Policy explains lawful grounds, recipients, retention, transfers and rights. The cookie panel provides a choice; it does not itself prove that every script technically follows it. We review the policy when features change. For questions or to report a preference that is not respected, email [email protected] with the affected page and browser details, avoiding unnecessary personal information.
