Terms Of Service

Terms and Conditions

Updated 17 October 2026. These terms cover use of xmadar’s website and services together with your order and the agreement applicable to the purchased service. The order specifies resources, prices, billing cycle and included work. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over conflicting provisions.

Account and authorised use

Provide accurate account details, protect credentials and authorise only people and integrations you trust. You must hold the rights needed for submitted material and instructions. Do not use services for unlawful content, fraud, spam, malware, unauthorised access, infringement or activity that threatens other customers or infrastructure.

Scope and third-party services

Only the resources, management, licences, backup or project deliverables stated in your order are included. Paid add-ons remain separate unless expressly included. Third-party domains, platforms and licences may have additional terms; identify those terms before purchase. Neither unlimited resources nor guaranteed marketing results are implied.

Billing and changes

The selected billing cycle, currency, taxes and applicable setup or renewal charges are shown before confirmation. Review renewal and cancellation settings in your account. Changes to an existing service, resource allocation or project scope must be agreed and may have different pricing. Catalogue price changes do not by themselves authorise repricing existing paid periods.

Cancellation and statutory rights

Submit cancellation or refund requests through support with the order reference. The applicable offer and service terms explain any commercial refund arrangement. This does not exclude statutory consumer remedies. Where a statutory distance-contract cancellation period applies, it is normally 14 days from contract conclusion for services or digital content; starting a service during that period or supplying digital content immediately requires the legally required express requests, consents and acknowledgements. A general acceptance of these terms alone does not waive those rights.

Security and suspension

Maintain appropriate independent copies of important data and follow service security requirements. We may take proportionate steps to investigate abuse, protect systems or address unpaid invoices, and give notice where practicable. Access, data return and deletion follow the applicable agreement and law; suspension is not a blanket transfer of ownership in your content.

Rights, responsibility and disputes

You retain rights in your own content. Software and project ownership or licence rights depend on the agreed order and third-party licences. Liability is governed by applicable law; nothing excludes liability which cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Raise disputes through support first. Mandatory consumer protections and competent courts remain available. Material changes are notified where required and do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
